*Important Livestock Exhibitor Reminders*
- Please review the 2026 SBCF Livestock Guidebook for new changes and reminders
- Each Exhibitor must register individually in their own name
- Exhibitor Code 0f Conduct/Parent Code of Conduct signed and ready to upload with entries or email in.
- Prop 12 Certificate (Hogs Only) signed by Breeder and uploaded with entries
- Declaration of Animal Medication Form: Due at scales at weigh in
- Still Requirement - ALL Market Livestock Exhibitors are required to enter a minimum of one (1) Still Entry, in the 4-H or FFA Departments. Educational Posters do not qualify for the Still Requirement
- YQCA Certification - MUST be completed by Exhibitor by Entry Deadline and valid during show dates. https://yqcaprogram.org/

By submitting entries and other data online, it is required that Exhibitor, Parent(s), Guardian(s), Leader(s) have read, understand and agrees to abide by the Code of Conduct, Livestock Sale Agreement, and all rules and regulations governing the fair entries as published in the California State Rules and the official San Benito County Fair Guidebook.
